Frequently asked
Why don’t I pay for hosting?
Your site is deployed on Cloudflare Pages, whose free tier covers everything a static menu, catalogue or portfolio site needs — unlimited bandwidth, global CDN and free SSL. The site lives on YOUR Cloudflare account, so there’s no monthly hosting bill from us or anyone else.
Whose Cloudflare account is the site on?
Yours. Either you share access to your existing Cloudflare account, or we create one using your email and hand you the password. You own the account, the domain and (on final sign-off) the code repository.
Is there a maintenance contract?
No. There’s no lock-in and no recurring fee. Once the site is delivered and you sign off, it’s entirely yours. If you ever want changes later, you can reach out for a fresh quote — but you’re never obligated.
What exactly counts as a “revision”?
A revision is one consolidated round of change requests within the design and scope we originally agreed. You get 2 free rounds. Brand-new pages, new features or content beyond the agreed caps are a separate quote — not a free revision.
When is my price locked?
The moment you send your enquiry. Whatever offer tier you’re in at that point (Early Bird, VIP Sale or standard Offer) is the price we honour — even if the public countdown moves on afterwards.
What is the ₹500 consultation?
After we’ve understood your needs and shared the contract, you pay ₹500 to begin a focused consultation where we lock down scope and give you a firm estimate. If you go ahead with development, that ₹500 is credited to your balance — so it’s effectively free. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹500 is non-refundable.
What if I don’t like the first draft?
On Plan 1 (full upfront) the advance is non-refundable once development starts. On Plan 2, if you don’t like Draft-1 after your 2 free changes, you can walk away and simply not pay the remaining 50%. Either way, after you approve the design preview, the work is final.
Can I get a refund?
The ₹500 consultation fee is non-refundable once consultation begins (but it’s credited to your balance if you proceed — effectively free). Your advance is refundable before development starts; once development begins it’s non-refundable, and there are no refunds or edits after you approve the design/preview.
Can you build me an online store with payments?
Not within these plans. We build static sites — great for menus, catalogues and portfolios with an enquiry/“call to order” flow. Full carts, logins, live inventory and payment checkout are outside the free-tier scope. See our Limitations section for the honest list.
How fast is delivery and when does the clock start?
Both plans deliver in 7 days. The 7-day clock starts after the contract is signed and you’ve submitted all content/assets and the advance — i.e. when development actually begins.
Do I have to provide the content?
Yes. You provide all text, images, logo and menu/product data upfront. We focus on building, migrating and deploying — that’s how we keep it cheap and fast.
What happens to my data?
We’re privacy-first. After deployment we delete all your project data from our systems. Nothing is kept offline except our email conversation (which we’ll also delete on request) and the signed agreement.
