1. Our privacy-first approach

ProjectWalah ("we", "us") is built to collect as little personal data as possible. We are based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our engagements, why, and how we delete it.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email, and (optionally) phone/WhatsApp, the type of site, an existing website URL, your message, and the plan you selected.
• Offer data: the plan price you are eligible for and the offer tier/first-visit timestamp, captured so we know the price to honour for you.
• Technical data: your IP address and approximate country (provided by Cloudflare) are processed transiently to deliver the form and to prevent spam/abuse.
• Project data: during an engagement, the content and assets you send us (text, images, logo, menu/product data) and account access you provide.

3. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie, "pjw_fv", which stores the timestamp of your first visit so we can show your correct time-limited offer price. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies.

4. Why we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote at your locked price.
• To deliver the agreed services (build, migrate, deploy).
• To prevent spam and abuse of our contact form.

5. Who processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and serverless function that handles the contact form (also provides IP/country).
• Zoho ZeptoMail — delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox by email.
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google’s CDN when you view the site.
• We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

• We delete all your project data from our systems after deployment is complete.
• Our email conversation with you is retained only as needed and is deleted on your request.
• We retain the signed agreement / record of the engagement for our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to delete our email conversation, at any time. Email contact@projectwalah.com and we will act on reasonable requests promptly.

8. Security

We use reputable providers (Cloudflare, Zoho ZeptoMail) and limit access to your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and you share information with us at your own risk.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
