1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the website design, migration and deployment services provided by ProjectWalah ("we", "us", "our") to you, the client ("you"). By submitting an enquiry, paying a consultation fee, or paying any advance, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Scope & Limitations.

2. Services & scope

We migrate WordPress / static websites to the Astro framework and deploy them as static (and, where supported, lightly dynamic) sites on the client’s own Cloudflare Pages account. Each project (either plan) includes:

• Up to 3 pages plus 1 contact form (maximum 6 fields).
• Up to ~600 words of copy per page.
• Up to 25 images total, each ≤ 5 MB (jpg, png, webp, svg); 1 logo and 1 favicon supplied by you.
• Up to 50 menu / catalogue items (name, short description, price and one image each).
• 1 embedded map and your social links; one embedded video link (no self-hosted video).
• Anything beyond these caps — extra pages, features, content or assets — is quoted and charged separately and is not a free revision.

3. Pricing, offers & GST

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST and are in Indian Rupees (₹). We run time-limited introductory offers, where the displayed price for a new visitor increases over time. The countdown and tier pricing apply to new visitors only and are a marketing offer, not a contractual quote until locked.

Your offer price is locked the moment you submit your enquiry. Once locked, it will not change for that engagement, regardless of how the public countdown moves afterwards.

4. Plans & payment terms

• Plan 1 — Pay Upfront: 100% of the agreed amount is payable in advance before development begins.
• Plan 2 — Pay in Two Parts: 50% of the agreed amount is payable in advance to begin development; the remaining 50% is due after you approve the design/preview and before deployment.
• After consultation we share a written estimate. Your payable balance = the locked plan price + any add-ons you approve (priced per the published add-ons list on our Plans page, or quoted for anything custom) − the ₹500 consultation already paid.
• Work (development) begins only after the contract is signed, the applicable advance is received, and you have submitted all required content and assets.

5. Consultation

After we share the contract, limitations and policies, you pay a ₹500 consultation fee to begin a focused consultation in which we finalise your requirements and scope. If you then proceed with development, this ₹500 is credited towards your balance — so the consultation is effectively free. If you choose not to proceed, the ₹500 is non-refundable. Your offer price remains locked from the time of your enquiry throughout.

6. Build timeline & meetings

The quoted build time is 7 days. The 7-day clock begins only after: (a) the contract is signed and consultation is complete, (b) you have submitted all content and assets, and (c) the applicable advance has been received. Delays caused by late, incomplete or incorrect content, or by delayed feedback/approvals, extend the timeline accordingly.

Each project includes 1 main requirement meeting (approximately 1 hour) and up to 2 follow-up meetings (approximately 30 minutes each). Additional meetings may be chargeable.

7. Your content & responsibilities

• You provide all text, images, logo, menu/product data and any other content upfront. We do not write copy or source stock images under these plans.
• You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, all content you provide, and that it is lawful, accurate and non-infringing.
• You are responsible for providing timely access (e.g. Cloudflare account credentials, or your email to create one), feedback and approvals.

8. Revisions

Each project includes 2 free revision rounds. A "revision round" is one consolidated list of change requests within the originally agreed design and scope. Changes that introduce new pages, new features, redesigns, or content beyond the agreed caps are out of scope and quoted separately — they are not free revisions.

9. Refunds

• The ₹500 consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has begun (it is instead credited to your balance if you proceed).
• Before development starts: your advance is refundable.
• Once development has started: the advance is non-refundable.
• Plan 1: if you are not satisfied after the first draft (Draft-1), the advance remains non-refundable.
• Plan 2: if you are not satisfied after Draft-1 (and after using your 2 free changes), you may choose to walk away and defer/withhold the remaining 50%; the 50% advance already paid is non-refundable.
• After you approve the design/preview, there are no refunds and no further edits — approval is your final sign-off to deploy.

10. Plan 2 — design approval & balance

For Plan 2, after the design/preview is presented and your 2 free changes are used, you must either approve the design and pay the remaining 50%, or forfeit the contract and walk away (deferring the balance). Deployment and handover occur only after the full amount is paid.

11. Deployment, hosting & third parties

• The site is deployed on your own Cloudflare account. You may share access to an existing account, or we may create one using your email and share the credentials with you.
• Hosting is provided under Cloudflare Pages’ free tier; contact-form email delivery uses Resend’s free tier. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, limits or pricing changes of Cloudflare, Resend or any third party.
• You are responsible for your domain registration and any costs you choose to incur on third-party services beyond the free tiers.

12. Ownership & handover

Upon receipt of full payment, successful deployment and your final sign-off, ownership of the source-code repository is transferred to you, and the Cloudflare account/site is in your control. Until full payment is received, all work product remains our property.

13. Limitations

We build static and lightly-dynamic sites within free-tier limits. The following are out of scope: user accounts/logins, full e-commerce carts with live payment checkout, live databases or real-time inventory, admin dashboards/CMS, email marketing/CRM, and any feature exceeding Cloudflare Pages or Resend free-tier limits. 14. Portfolio rights

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may display the delivered website (name, screenshots and a link) in our portfolio and marketing.

15. Warranties & liability

• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, traffic, conversions or business outcome.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the total amount you actually paid us for that project.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, your content, or changes you or others make after handover.

16. Data & confidentiality

We are privacy-first. After deployment we delete all your project data from our systems. Nothing is retained offline except our email conversation (which we will also delete on your request) and the signed agreement/record of the engagement. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

17. Project delays & abandonment

If you become unresponsive for 14 consecutive days during an active project, we may pause and, after a further 14 days, close the project. Closed projects are not refundable once development has started, and a fresh quote may apply to resume.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

19. Independent business & trademarks

ProjectWalah is an independent web-development studio operating in the website design, migration and deployment space. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any other company or brand — including, without limitation, any business that uses the “PW” initials or a similarly styled name in a different field (such as education / edtech).

“ProjectWalah” and our logo are our own. All other product names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site — for example WordPress, Astro, Cloudflare and Resend — are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification, description or compatibility, not to imply any endorsement or association.

20. Acceptance

By submitting the enquiry form (with the agreement checkbox ticked), paying a consultation fee, or paying any advance, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Scope & Limitations.
